A role? [Lithuania blinks at her. He thinks he can trust her--Poland wouldn't have said that he'd arranged something for Ukraine as well if she had been a hunter, not in a personal note to him. He just wouldn't have mentioned her at all.] What is it?
Every night I get a set of binoculars and I can look at one persons window.
If the light is off, they're not a hunter....though they might not be safe either. If the light is on, they could be a hunter, or they could be a prey with a special role using it that night....
[She shakes her head. She's been going over it so many times in her head, trying to figure out how to use it well.]
I can only look at one window a night. I've looked at yours and the Doctors in this cabin. They were both dark.
Mm, I'm just regular prey... [And regular prey seems like no use at all, not when he so badly needs to take action. Of course, given his situation and his luck, he'd probably just die before he could make use of it anyway.]
So... So, we can at least tell the regular prey apart from everyone else. At least that? There must be something we can do with that. At least we'd know a few people who are safe to speak to.
It's something. [Lithuania shifts, considering; he has something to focus on now, something to work with, and it's helping to push him out of his melancholy.]
England wants us to all meet today. Don't say anything about your role while we're there. Just say you're prey. It's not really a lie, anyway. I think America and England are telling the truth about what they are--America's a terrible liar anyway, usually--but I'm not sure about Spain, and, well--
[Any of them could be lying. Poland's note was probably the most concrete information he'd been given. After all, Poland would have known exactly who was a hunter and who wasn't. He and Ukraine are clear to the other--so Poland did help them after all.
Thinking about that...]
Poland said he'd arranged something for us, but that's not going to be true now. I don't think we've done anything to make ourselves targets above any of the more active people here, but it's something to consider.
He might have just told everyone not to. He is Poland. [And he can be bossy when he wants to be. Oh, present tense again--no, he can't let that distract him.]
Maybe we can work together--figure out who you should watch and try to gather up people we can trust.
[Lithuania hums thoughtfully.]
It's too bad there isn't someone who could identify what role someone had. You'd be able to point them directly to who they should check and who not to bother with.
If we can find someone with that role and be sure they're safe, it would be helpful. Until then, though, we make do. You should write down the confirmed prey in your notebook. Not the ones who aren't, since if a hunter saw it they'd be able to pick off all of them easily. Just remember them and let me know and I'll try to find out more if I can.
[Dangerous, but Lithuania's taken risks before. He'll have to if he wants to get out of here alive.]
Who are you going to watch tonight, have you decided?
If all of us are going to try to work together looking at Spain would be best. It would be good to check some of the more active people in the trials. Miss Maryam, that girl with blue hair... I'd like to know more about Miss Kirigiri as well. I spoke to her and she said she was a detective, so if she was on our side she'd certainly be of help.
[Of course, they can only be sure if they don't have any role...]

[She shakes her head.]
But it can tell if someone's not a hunter.

...Yes, alright. A meeting...is probably best. England was saying something about not letting another nation die.
[That was right...wasn't it.]
Oh...I wonder what he did....

I'll write in Ukrainian anyway.
...No I haven't decided. I was...going to look at Poland tonight...
[Trails off...because ...yeah.]
Maybe Spain.

...and you think I shouldn't mention I have a role to them at the meeting?
Won't that be suspicious if I have to tell them later?
