Day Five: Locked Conversation #3 Ukraine and Lithuania

[motheringnation]

[Ukraine does her best to seem normal as she pulls Lithuania aside to have another talk with him. But the moment they're locked in her cabin, her emotions show up better on her face, she's nervous, edgy and yes, slightly more then she has been before.]

I watched England's window last night.

It was lit up.

The best-case scenario is he has some sort of prey role. Either that or he's a scavenger who can work with prey. [Lithuania sighs.] But I've learned trusting my luck is a terrible idea, so we should assume he's a hunter. America could still be the doctor--it wouldn't be out of character for him to confide in England anyway. Still, we can't tell him about your role.

[motheringnation]

No....we can't.

Even if he isn't something bad, he was still lying.

....You don't think he's the doctor and covering for America again?

[She doesn't really, but she feels like she has to voice the possibility out loud.]

[vytis]

It's possible, but why even say anything to us about it if he was? He'd already established in public he was the doctor. [Lithuania begins pacing the room.] I think it's more likely America is the doctor and England is lying to him about his role.

...Though they could both be hunters, I suppose.

[motheringnation]

....they could be.

[She flips through her notebook and starts adding some more notes. It's written in Ukrainian, with a few random strings of Russian, Lithuanian and Polish mixed in.]

Spain is probably still the best one to watch next.

[vytis]

[Lithuania nods.] If anything, it shouldn't be too hard to convince him England is lying--assuming he's prey. [The idea of all of the other nations as wolves and he and Ukraine as unsuspecting rabbits flashes through his mind, but he dismisses it before he can dwell too much on the image.]

We should probably come up with some way of having these conversations that isn't too noticeable, though. [Since Ukraine dragging Lithuania into a cabin is a bit obvious.]

[motheringnation]

[She nods.]

That's true....I'm sure he doesn't like to agree with either America or England. ...

[She pauses.]

Well we can only have them in the cabins....maybe yours next time?
